If you have more than 5 social networking profiles like I do (10 and counting), updating them can sometimes require you to wake up an hour earlier than you normally do.  I use Ping.fm to update my status’ via the Ping.fm Dashboard, text message or email from my cell phone!  One message, text or email = updates for all of my social networking profile = more time for doing actual work :o )
